Conferences
The Crown Hotel offers a choice of conference and meeting facilities all with wire-less internet connection. Featuring 10 meeting and syndicate rooms including the Garden of Eden Suite, which can accommodate up to 175 delegates and opens onto the landscaped grounds of the hotel.
In addition, there are smaller meeting and syndicate rooms, all benefitting from natural daylight. The skilled Conference and Banqueting team is on hand to help you plan your event. There is a unique range of private dining rooms to choose from, which can be used individually or collectively to meet the needs of your guest list.

Conference Rate Guide Package The Crown Hotel offer the following inclusive packages and rates for 24-hour and eight-hour conferences. These can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, which we would be happy to discuss with you.
Terms and ConditionsFull terms and conditions are detailed on the reverse of our business order form, which will be provided by the hotel once confirmation of reservation is received. These will protect both parties and cover charges and payment. Amendments and cancellation by the client. Amendment or cancellation by the hotel. Client's use of the hotel, plus arrival and departure. Insurance liability. Emergency evacuation. General terms and conditions. Delegate rates are based on a minimum of ten people. Includes VAT at 17.5%.

Two fully equipped air conditioned gymnasiums comprising all the latest Aerobic equipment plus Male & Female Saunas, mixed Steam Room and Solarium*. Exercise classes and health and beauty services* are available.
* There is a small charge for activities marked, all of which should be booked in advance.
Refreshments, swimwear, squash rackets and squash accessories are available in the Leisure Club.

Children under 14 must be supervised at all times by an adult who is responsible for them (only children over 14 may use the gym facilities).
Qualified staff are on duty at all times to offer advice and ensure the safety of all users. Non residents are welcome to apply for Leisure Club membership.

The Conservatory Restaurant
The Conservatory Restaurant overlooks the beautiful landscaped gardens and has been awarded an AA rosette for its fine cuisine. The Conservatory Lounge is ideal for afternoon tea or pre-dinner drinks. A few paces from the Restaurant, Walton's Bar - a traditional village local, serves real ale and fine food. Private dining rooms are also available. Room Service is available 24 hours each day.
Both the Conservatory restaurant and Walton's bar are open to non residents.
Restaurant menus change frequently and feature a wide selection of local specialities, as well as more traditional dishes.
Breakfast
Start your day with a Conservatory breakfast - whether it's light and healthy - fresh fruit, cereals and juices, or a more traditional, full English breakfast - freshly cooked and served piping hot at your table. AA Rosette Morning coffee and afternoon tea are served in the Lounge each day with a daily selection of pastries and home-cooked treats.
Lunch
Lunch is served each day (except Saturday). The selection is varied - choose from a main course, or take advantage of our special three-course lunch and coffee.
Dinner
Each evening you can enjoy the relaxed surroundings of the Conservatory Restaurant, where our Chef prepares a selection of dishes from around the world.
Children's meals are available between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm daily.
There is no strict dress code in the restaurant.
